- 4 egg yolks
- 1/3 cup sugar + 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 pint whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 oz bourbon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 4 egg whites
- Beat egg yolks until the lighten
- Add the sugar, milk, cream and bourbon and stir until the sugar dissolves
- Beat egg whites with 1 Tbsp of sugar until they have soft white peaks
- Whisk egg whites into the mixture
- Chill and serve
- Garnish with cinnamon stick
