- 1 oz white rum
- 0.5 oz orange curacao
- 0.5 oz dark rum
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- 0.5 oz simple syrup
- 1 tsp cherry juice
- Add all but dark rum to a shaker with ice and shake until chilled
- Top with dark rum
- Garnish with mint and a pineapple wedge
