The Salty Dog is a sunny day cocktail that will make you feel like you are sitting at the beach.

• 1.5 oz vodka
• 3 oz grapefruit juice
• 4 tsp sea salt

• Shake vodka and grapefruit juice in a shaker with ice
• Strain into a highball glass rimmed with the sea salt
• Garnish with a grapefruit slice
