The Tom Collins is such a classic gin cocktail, the glass it comes in is named after the drink.

• 2 oz dry gin
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 0.5 oz simple syrup
• club soda

• Add gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a Collins glass with ice
• Top off with club soda
• Garnish with a lemon wheel and a maraschino cherry
